Ending An Event
As you may have seen, I have closed/deleted a few old threads on the forum. This is because they were either already done or people haven't posted in them for eons. I'm just going to lay down a few tidbits for ending events so that we don't have any space taken up on the forum.
1) When you are absolutely positive that the event you hosted is completed, put in bold letters (in your last post) the title of the event and END right after it. So something like The Walking Clock, END. This way, I will know that I can lock it so no one else can post, since its done. This has to be from the person who started the topic. If the author of the topic can't make the last post, then have someone else do it as long as you check it with the author first in a PM or something.
2) If a topic is dead for a very long time because of members who don't log on anymore, I will delete it. The users who don't log on and roleplay don't deserve to keep an event forever.
3) If you have any questions about an event or such, PM and we'll work it out.
k' thxbye

Walking Clock? :P
When you lock them, we'll still be able to see events right? is there no way you can save them for future reference?
