His Past Story- Azael's great-grandfather, Kekaru Adzinoki, a regular samurai of Ozuguri, was out exploring the mountains of Izanagi went he ventured into a lone cave. Upon entering, however, he was discovered by a demonic, eternal beast of a monster, and was savagely attacked. Azael's father maneged to kill the beast with his sword by stabing it in the heart, but what he didn't know was that by killing the monster, he cursed his blade and his eternal bloodline. The curse made it so that his descendents were forced to carry the blade at all times, even if they acquired new, better ones. Also, the curse automatically killed whoever its holder was at the age of 30, and this would continue eternally for generations. Being 29 at the time, Kekaru married rapidly after learning of the curse to continue his bloodline, hoping one day that his descendants would find a way to break the curse, and he, of course, died on his 30th birthday, while his wife was in labor.
Kekaru's descendants, though they tried as hard as they could, could not find a methed of breaking the curse or the blade itself, which was indestructible. The surname Adzinoki became infamous in Ozuguri because of the curse, and sympathy was offered to the poor family. However, this could not take away from the looks and general fear of the public, for people began to fear that they would acquire the curse to if they came into too much contact with the Adzinoki's, and so they genrally lived in isolation, each dying exactly on their 30th birthdays.
Azael, of course, was no different. As soon as he was born the cursed blade clung to him. During his studenthood, he showed amazing skills as a samurai, impressing even the feudal lord. However, Azael paid no mind to his talents. Generally looked at in fear, with no one ever paying much attebtion to him, he was always very lonely, and the fact that he knew he would die at 30 made matters worse. He never had a friend and rarely spoke. Despite his talents getting better and better as he aged, people still treated almost like a disease, and even little children avoided him. at age 27, once his skills as a samurai were good enough that he could leave the village, Azael ventured off on his 27th birthday, silently hoping to find some way to break the curse that had afflicted his family for generations.

Personality- Azael is very silent and reserved. With most people afraid of him, he has become somewhat afraid of people in general, and usually avoids them. Because of this, most people see him as rude or indifferent, when really he is just shy. Deep inside though, Azael has a nice, friendly side and a sense of humor, but the idea of his approaching death supresses this side. He is secretly an amzing cook. Azael has determined that to find the answer to his plight, he should seek divine assistance rather than on his own power as his ancestors did....
