Backstory -- Lulu was one of the original people on the team that created Corvin. Since she is the last one alive, corvin couldn't bring himself to harm a little girl, she now looks to detain and work more on him till he is "Perfect". She likes to play with people's minds and hates to fight without something to fight for her. She acts rather innocent even though what she plans to do is borderline insane. She learned to control animals and the like with great ease and so most of her abilities involve controlling or using an animal or beast to fight for her.

Personaility -- She acts cute and innocent at first but at heart she is a cold blooded killer and only wants her "Corvvy" back.

Starter Abilities (like the first powers she'll start with if approved)

Biojump -- Switches places with another living thing to avoid an attack. Can only be used after being attacked. (i.e. Plants Animals and the like)

Death Penalty -- When Lulu dies and there are at least two living things around. She sucks out their life essence, revives herself at 10% of her maximum HP. Can only be used after death and must submit to her killer.

Normal Moves

Strike -- Basic attack 20 damage.

Weapon: N/A
Armor: Dress (-20 damage -20% magic based damage)

DRAWBACKS of character ------ Lulu can't use weapons, level of 50% slower

I'll approve of this character and class, though I'm confused on the "Level of 50% slower part". Are so saying she gains EXP at a 50% slower rate than other classes?
