Ok, is it possible for another character to give some of his yen to another character? And if so, how would you do the exchange and under whose juristiction?

The thing about that is that lower level members could mooch off of higher level members and purchase weapons that are too powerful... So you'd have to PM a God, and see if they'll allow it. Yen isn't so hard to come by. I don't understand the problem with gaining it yourself.
